Our client, a well-established European-focused logistics and transport company, is seeking an experienced *Sales Associate* to join their team based in North Co. Dublin. Position Overview: As the *Sales Associate*, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service in the logistics and transport sector.

You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing long-term partnerships, and ensuring customer needs are met with tailored solutions. Working closely with an experienced, collaborative team, you will have the chance to make a real impact in a company that values your contribution and supports your professional development.

This is a full-time position with core hours from *8 AM to 5 PM*, Monday to Friday, based in *North Co. Dublin* with a *hybrid* working model (2 days remote, 3 days on-site). The role offers a competitive salary of *€38,000 to €42,000* per year depending on experience, along with excellent benefits and genuine opportunities for career progression in a growing business.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.
