JOB DESCRIPTION
My client, a leading international manufacturing and engineering company, is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join their team based in West County Dublin.
Position Overview:
As the HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the people strategy for a leading manufacturing and engineering organisation. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will drive employee engagement, support business performance, and ensure best-practice HR solutions are embedded throughout the company.
This is a full-time, permanent position with core working hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary of €85,000 per year. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your expertise will directly influence business outcomes. This role is perfect for a senior HR professional who thrives on strategic partnership, change management, and building strong organisational culture while supporting operational excellence
This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.
Requirements:
• Proven HR experience in a Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical environment
• Minimum 5 years in a transformation role
• Deep knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence at all levels
• Experience managing employee relations, performance management, and change initiatives
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant HR qualification (e.g. CIPD)
Responsibilities:
• Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions that support business objectives
• Advise on HR policy, employment law, and best practice to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
• Lead employee relations activities including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development initiatives
• Drive employee engagement and support performance management processes
• Champion company culture and values while supporting change management projects
• Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
