We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations in Tallaght.

Position Overview:

The Site Manager will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor activities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage project timelines and report progress to senior management
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage deliveries
• Maintain quality control on all works carried out
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and architects as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role
• Strong background in residential or commercial construction
• Valid Safe Pass and manual handling certification
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans
