My client, a leading international manufacturing and engineering company, is seeking an experienced and strategic *HR Business Partner* to join their team based in West County Dublin. Position Overview: As the *HR Business Partner*, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the people strategy for a leading manufacturing and engineering organisation. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will drive employee engagement, support business performance, and ensure best-practice HR solutions are embedded throughout the company.

This is a full-time, permanent position with core working hours of *8 AM to 5 PM*, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary of *€85,000* per year. This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.
