We are currently seeking a Financial Controller for our client’s manufacturing facility in Dublin, Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to join the leadership team and play a key role in driving performance, shaping financial strategy, and supporting the company’s growth across Europe.

Position Overview:

As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for leading a small finance team and overseeing all aspects of accounting, plant controlling, forecasting, and cost management. You will act as a key business partner to site leadership and European finance, providing strategic financial insights and driving process improvements.

Requirements:

• Finance experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Strong skills in cash flow, forecasting, and cost accounting.
• A hands-on, collaborative leadership style.
• Knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations, with ERP systems exposure (implementation a plus).
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Bac+10 or equivalent).
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a site-based finance team, overseeing accounting, planning, and plant controlling.
• Own month-end close, budgeting, and cash forecasting.
• Drive cost control, pricing strategy, and financial performance.
• Support an ERP rollout and lead process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and HQ teams.
