My client, a leading provider of catering, retail, and facilities support services, is seeking an experienced *General Manager* Position Overview: As *General Manager*, you will oversee the full operational delivery of catering, retail, and support services within a busy, multi-outlet site in Waterford. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll lead diverse teams, ensure service excellence, manage budgets, and maintain full compliance with food safety and health & safety standards.

You will work closely with both internal teams and on-site client representatives to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services across all departments. The ideal candidate will have proven General Manager experience in food service and retail environments, with healthcare sector experience considered a strong advantage.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a structured *Monday to Friday* schedule *(8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)* and offers a competitive salary of *€45,000 – €50,000* per year, depending on experience.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.
